This is called bara-- a genre of japanese manga usually written by gay men for gay male audience. The artist of this 'comic' is Mentaiko. He has written/drawn quite a lot. Just google mentaiko manga or doujinshi in place of manga. You can check the links that appear. There are most likely other bara written by other authors in the websites it is in. However you might see other genre like yaoi (male on male but written by females so it tends to be more about story than sex and characters are more feminine in features)---This is simply a trend and therefore does not always hold true for every genre you will see.

Ohh about big guy(big) vs small guy(top). Unfortunately, this set up is hard to come by so you'll have to search I guess.
